Production Time
When planning for back‑to‑school events, we recommend placing custom pom orders before July 1st to ensure timely delivery.
- Custom Poms usually take 1–3 weeks, plus the time needed to ship from the Houston, Texas area.
If you need a rush delivery, please email us at sales@megaphoneandpomsupplies.com or call 713-408-1290 so we can expedite the order (additional fees may be included)

For our customers in Houston, TX and the surrounding areas, we offer free shipping for any order over $50. Deliveries will be made within two days once production is completed.

All poms offered by Megaphone & Pom Supplies are:

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return guidelines:
- Megaphones: Not eligible for return
- Stock Poms: May be returned within 14 days if unused; a 20% restocking fee applies
- Custom Poms: Final sale — non‑returnable and non‑refundable
