Final Sale Items
The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Megaphones: All megaphone sales are final.
- Custom Poms: Custom-made poms are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale Poms: All poms purchased at sale prices are final sale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@megaphoneandpomsupplies.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Authorization
